Someone who is creative, open, committed and passionate.
What sets you apart working at Notonthehighstreet.com from your competitors?
We have an approachable attitude. Staff have an open-door policy and there’s a family feel here. We strive to bring inspiration and creativity both to our customers as well as our own workig practices.
How do you strive to retain your staff?
We have a very low turnover, which is attributed to the sense of community. Rewarding hard work is essential, which we do via promotion, colleague nominations and the coveted golden cupcake awards.
How do you ensure your employees have a good work/life balance?
Regular visits to Richmond watering holes after work allow us to let off steam, along with end-of-the-month cake-fests, awards and our seasonal office parties.
