THG Ingenuity has hired a new chief commercial officer to grow the group’s “growth agenda” following the demerger from THG PLC.
Lucy Cooper starts the role today (January 20), bringing over 15 years of experience in growth strategy, transformation, and technology commercialisation, with experience at Microsoft and Accenture.
THG Ingenuity said Cooper has a track record of “identifying and delivering innovative growth opportunities” with expertise in AI, digital platforms and M&A.
In October last year, THG announced it was demerging its Ingenuity arm in order to simplify the business to just become beauty and nutrition.
THG Ingenuity executive president John Gallemore said: “Lucy’s expertise and leadership across commercial strategy and technology adoption make her a perfect fit for our vision of scaling THG Ingenuity. We are excited to have her on board as we continue to redefine the future of digital commerce.”
Lucy Cooper said: “I am thrilled to join THG Ingenuity at such an exciting time. I look forward to working with the team to drive innovation and growth for our clients, partners, and stakeholders.”
