Tesco to offer paid leave for domestic abuse survivors
Tesco has become the first supermarket to offer paid ‘safe leave’ for domestic abuse survivors.
The retailer has also trained managers across the business how to spot signs of domestic abuse, support those affected and refer them to specialist services.
