Cathy Graham has been appointed as independent non-executive director at Ocado

Graham is set to join the board from February next year, and will also become a member of the People and Audit committees. 

Until earlier this year, Graham was the chief financial officer of AI cyber security platform Darktrace, shes was also chief financial officer at technical partnership business 2U. 

Ocado said in a staatement to markets today: “Cathy brings considerable expertise leading large organisations to the Ocado Board, having led the financial operations for multiple high-growth technology companies in the UK and US, including assessing and procuring substantial technology and R&D investment.”

Ocado chairman Adam Warby said: “I am delighted to welcome Cathy to the Ocado Board. At an exciting time in Ocado’s development, she brings valuable technology and finance perspective, and leadership experience to our Board, including in the United States.”

Ocado chief executive Tim Steiner said: “Cathy is a great addition to our board. Having evolved from a UK online grocer to a global technology business powering retailers and entering new sectors, we welcome Cathy. Her extensive experience leading high-growth technology companies will be a valuable asset to our board and leadership team at this crucial time.”
