Data: John Lewis falls in top 15 retailers to work for
Job listings website Indeed revealed this year’s list of the best retailers to work for in the UK, with Wren Kitchens topping the list for the second year in a row.
The kitchen manufacturer was rated the best retail employer to work for due to its salary, benefits and workplace culture. It was also praised for its job advancement and managers “who allow their teams to flourish”.
Wren Kitchens knocked John Lewis off the top spot in 2019 and the department store chain has since plummeted down to 11th place.
Lush Cosmetics also dropped down to third on the list, with newcomer Whole Foods Market coming in second.
