A programme airing tonight on BBC’s Panorama will accuse Primark of using manufacturers employing children as young as 11 to make its clothes.

The programme will allege that children were employed at one of Primark’s Indian suppliers Fab-N-Fabrics from a nearby refugee camp.

Last week, the value fashion retailer announced that it was cutting ties with Fab-N-Fabrics along with two other sub-contractors after the outcome of the programme was brought to the retailer’s attention.

Panorama will also hint at other UK retailers using child labour in their supply chains although no others are mentioned by name.
