Wrangling could stymie quick sale of company
The administrators of Granville Technology, proprietor of the Computer Shop chain, have warned they are being bogged down by a dispute over the ownership of the Tiny and Time brands used by the company that could bring the issue to court.

The delay means the process of reimbursing customers who have paid for Time and Tiny computers but not had them delivered could be held up.

However, as spokesman for administrator Grant Thornton urged customers and suppliers of the retailer to keep using the telephone support lines. The details of the service are here: enquiries-time@gtuk.com or 0870 830 3288.

The spokesman said: 'It's not uncommon in the sort of situation where a company has failed for ownership to be in contention. It's too early to say what the administrators will do next but they are dealing with the problem.'
