The fashion retailer will take the unit on a 15-year lease at an overall rent equating to£29 per sq ft (£312 per sq m). Work has already started on remodelling the 140,000 sq ft (13,005 sq m) mall (pictured), creating 26,000 sq ft (2,415 sq m) of space across three units, while improving the centre's visibility on Queens Street.
Existing anchors at the centre include Gap, La Senza, Next, Argos, The Pier and Game. The centre is owned by Sapphire Retail Fund, a joint venture between Multiplex, Aldersgate and Bank of Scotland.
King Sturge and Hartnell Taylor Cook are the letting agents.
