King Edward Court boosts fashion offer
New Look has signed as the second anchor tenant for London & Associated Properties' partial redevelopment of King Edward Court at Windsor in Berkshire.

The fashion retailer has pre-let an 11,000 sq ft (1,020 sq m) unit at an annual rent of£285,000. New Look joins H&M, which pre-let a 20,000 sq ft (1,860 sq m) unit earlier this year. The developers say a further large retail unit and a supermarket are at advanced stages of negotiation.

The extension boosts King Edward Court by 60,000 sq ft (5,575 sq m) to more than 215,000 sq ft (19,975 sq m). It includes four shop units, two of which are now pre-let, together with a 113-bed hotel pre-let to Travelodge.

LAP, which owns King Edward Court in a joint venture with Bank of Scotland, was represented by Gooch Cunliffe Whale. Dalgleish advised New Look.
