Andrew Parkinson, retail business manager of Lend Lease’s Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, has been made general manager of the developer’s Touchwood scheme in Solihull, West Midlands.

Parkinson has more than 20 years of retail and leisure experience at operators including Thorn EMI, Boxclever, TM Retail and the Naafi.
