Golf equipment retailer Nevada Bob’s UK has been bought out of pre-pack administration by its US parent company RCD Investments No.4.

The retailer, which has 24 franchises in the UK, appointed Tenon as administrators after bearing the brunt of tough high street conditions.

A new company has been created called Nevada Bob’s Europe and the deal has saved 10 head office jobs and about 30 of its 37 European franchise stores.

As well as the UK, it also runs franchises in Portugal, Holland, Italy and Iceland.

Nevada Bob’s Europe managing director Adrian Woolford said: “This administration has resulted in the preservation of our entire team, and we believe it has secured the future of Nevada Bob’s brand in the UK and Europe”.
