Smith and Wilde join armed forces retail and leisure outfit
NAAFI has announced the appointment of two non-executive board directors, Alan Smith and James Wilde.

Smith, a well-known figure in UK retailing, has experience at Somerfield and Robert Dyas, he was chief executive at both companies, as well as time spent working at Kingfisher. Wilde joins after having spent time in both the public and private sectors. He was chief executive at Rentokil for two years, leaving in 2004.

Smith and Wilde replace Alan Cole and Terry Morgan who both recently retired after six-year stints on the board.
