Menswear retailer Moss Bros has drafted in Esquire fashion editor Gareth Scourfield as a brand consultant.
Moss marketing director Andrew Barclay said the signing would help the retailer reposition itself as a more fashionable destination. He sees the Esquire reader as the Moss target customer.
Scourfield will style photo-shoots and oversee how imagery is used in stores and ads.
The appointment follows a similar initiative at Moss Bros-owned Cecil Gee, where FHM fashion editor Gary Kingsnorth was recently brought on board.
