TikTok Shop UK’s week-long spring sale event delivered double-digit sales growth compared with the same event last year, Retail Week can reveal.

TikTok Shop was also named the UK’s second-largest online beauty retailer in 2025

Running from March 25 to April 2, the event saw an increase in sales, continuing to grow year after year.

Beauty was the top-performing category, with brands such as Medicube, Dr Melaxin, P.Louise, Made By Mitchell and Wonderskin among the top sellers.

TikTok Shop was also named the UK’s second-largest online beauty retailer in 2025, according to Nielsen IQ.

Electronics was identified as the highest-growing category compared to last year’s spring sale. This category saw triple-digit growth with Shark, Ninja and Phillips among the top sellers.

The FMCG category also saw a strong performance across live shopping during the sale event.

TikTok Shop UK head of campaigns Bridie Gilbert told Retail Week: “This year’s spring sale saw an abundance of sellers across all categories lean into TikTok Shop’s strong ecosystem with LIVE Shopping, creator partnerships and engaging content at the heart of it all. 

“What makes TikTok Shop different is the fun and interactive experience it puts back into online shopping – and after five years of TikTok Shop in the UK, each campaign like the spring sale, only gets better.
