M&S hunts for &more chief as Penny quits role

Marks & Spencer is searching for a new head for its &more card operation, following the decision of Nick Penny to move to a different role at the company.

M&S is considering internal and external candidates, using recruitment firm Egon Zender. It said that loyalty experience is a key requirement.

An M&S spokeswoman said Penny 'always planned to move', once the &more loyalty programme was fully operational. No decision has yet been made about what his next position will be.

'He is looking at other roles and deciding what to do next. He will be moving in the next few months, although this depends on the (success of the) search for his replacement,' she said.
