Roches Stores sells remaining food outlets
Marks & Spencer has opened another two stores in the Republic of Ireland. Both sites were acquired from Roches Stores, which has used the sale to remove itself from the food market. The stores at Blackrock and Galway will be used to sell food and clothing. Roche Stores employees at the two sites will now work for M&S.

The retailer has 11 stores in the Republic of Ireland, with a twelfth to open at Dundrum in March. M&S Ireland divisional director Neil Hyslop said: 'We are delighted to announce our arrival at Blackrock and our first store on the west coast of Ireland. We are committed to developing our business in Ireland and are particularly pleased to announce these further openings in our 25th year of trading here.'
