Range to take 40 per cent of food sales
Marks & Spencer expects its Eat Well range to account for 40 per cent of its food sales within the next six months.

Launched just two years ago, the low-fat and reduced-salt range now accounts for 30 per cent of sales. It is currently growing at two and a half times the rate of M&S's overall food business.

Director of M&S food Guy Farrant said the healthy food range was two years ahead of where the group thought it would be at this point.
