TV ad campaign debuts tomorrow
Despite the apparent success of the recent campaign featuring Twiggy, Marks & Spencer has dropped celebrity endorsement this Christmas.

For the first time in five years, M&S will not use famous faces in its Christmas TV ads, which will be unveiled tomorrow.

The retailer has opted for a burlesque troupe of dancing girls over a more traditional celebrity-led campaign.

Footballer David Beckham and singer Martine McCutcheon are among the celebrities used by the retailer to front past festive campaigns.

M&S is expected to unveil upbeat interim results tomorrow.
