Jigsaw, Radley and Fred Perry have signed deals to open stores at Grosvenor's £950 million Liverpool One development, Grosvenor announced at the BCSC Conference in Gateshead today.

The three retailers are taking stores of 5,400 sq ft (500 sq m), 1,580 sq ft (145 sq m) and 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) respectively in Peter’s Lane, the niche fashion district of the scheme. All three are new to Liverpool.

Although lettings have been challenging for the scheme, other fashion retailers to sign up in recent months include Reiss, Ted Baker, Jones Bootmaker and Karen Millen.

The first phase of the scheme opens next May and the development is 75 per cent let, although much of this is accounted for by major anchors such as Debenhams and House of Fraser.
