New Balance sues Decathlon over shoe logo
The lawsuit, filed in the Massachusetts federal court, argues that Decathlon has used a logo similar to New Balance’s trademark “N” on some of the Kiprun range of running shoes
The two companies maintain a business relationship, with Decathlon selling New Balance stores in some of its global markets including in the UK.
