The retail area of the £260 million Clarence Dock scheme in Leeds is due to open tomorrow.
Businesses to sign to the mixed-use development by Crosby Lend Lease include Rock Couture, All Saints, G-Star, Replay, Daniel Footwear, Moda in Pelle and women’s fashion retailer Emma (pictured).
Other aspects of the scheme that opened during the year include a Tesco Express in January and a casino last month.
Clarence Dock also includes residential apartments and offices. Celebrity fashion expert Gok Wan will be at the scheme to open the retail area and host a series of fashion shows and catwalks during the day.
