Three retailers have been handed the keys to new stores in the redeveloped Allders building in Leeds.

Sainsbury’s, Argos and TK Maxx have taken three of the four retail units created in the 120,000 sq ft (11,150 sq m) space in the city centre’s Broad Gate development – home of the former department store.

TK Maxx has begun fitting out its 49,000 sq ft (4,550 sq m) store in the centre already. Sainsbury’s and Argos will begin in the coming weeks, with a view to open by Christmas.
