US womenswear label Kate Spade will open a pop-up shop in London’s Covent Garden this month.

Kate Spade, which was bought by clothing group Liz Claiborne in 2006 for $124m (£78m), will open the store on Henrietta Street in Covent Garden on October 12 for one month.

Four rooms over two floors will be decorated as a lounge, kitchen, dining room and bedroom and will offer a selection of products such as clothing, accessories and footwear.

The label, which was established in 1993, is distributed in more than 400 stores worldwide, including 36 stores in the US.
