Directorate change at Partnership
John Lewis Partnership has named Ros Haigh as the group's acting finance director, following the death of Ian Alexander.

Haigh is director of financial control at the employee-owned retailer and will fill the role in the interim until a permanent appointment is made.

The post of finance director was vacant following the death of Ian Alexander on November 27. JLP chairman Sir Stuart Hampson said of Alexander's passing: 'The Partnership has been deprived of a highly talented and committed colleague. We are all terribly shocked and saddened by Ian's sudden and unexpected death and our thoughts go out to his family and his friends.'
