Fashion retailers Tom Tailor and Esprit Black are to open their first stores in the UK at Rushmere shopping centre in Craigavon, Northern Ireland.

German fashion and lifestyle retailer Tom Tailor has secured 3,875 sq ft (360 sq m) over two levels. Esprit has bagged a 1,480 sq ft (135 sq m) store for its menswear format Esprit Black.
The retailers will join TK Maxx, Topshop, River Island, Debenhams, Dunnes Stores, H&M and HMV at the centre.

Tom Tailor has stores across Europe and the Middle East and sells mens- and womenswear alongside accessories and bed and bath products. The retailer has also signed a unit at Multi Development’s£320 million, 800,000 sq ft (74,320 sq m) Victoria Square scheme in Belfast, which opens in spring.

Esprit has more than 600 company owned stores worldwide and about 9,700 wholesale doors.

Rushmere shopping centre is owned by Moyallen Properties. Letting agent for the scheme is Savills Hamilton Osborne King.
