Pierluigi Bernasconi, the chief executive and managing director of Metro Group-controlled Media-Saturn in Italy, has resigned for “personal reasons”.

Bernasconi had headed Media-Saturn in Italy for 21 years. Media-Saturn has yet to confirm the report.
