Retail and mail order conglomerate Otto Group has posted an EBIT of €34m (£28.5m) for the year ended February 28, compared with a loss of €95m (£79.6m) in the previous year.

EBITDA rose to €314m (£263m), up from €229m (£192m).

The company said it achieved growth in all its business segments, with ecommerce again proving to be the main driver. Sales rose 1.4% to €10.1bn (£8.4bn). Internationally, Otto Group’s revenue slipped 4.9%, largely due to tough market conditions, the company added.
