Musical instruments retailer Dawsons Music has revamped its flagship store in Reading to create a “musicians haven”.
The transformation features new digital signage, iPads for customers, the most extensive Yamaha Homeworld piano and keyboard collection in the UK and a counter made from Marshall amps.
Dawsons has invested £250,000 in the store which features a wall of guitar pedals where shops can test sounds, an interactive DJ and music production area and two new demonstration rooms. The store officially re-opens on Friday.
Managing director Mark Taylor said: “This is so much more than just a fancy re-fit. This is about creating a musicians’ haven.”
