Sales growth at furniture-to-beds retailer
Under-performing furniture-to-beds group Homestyle has started to get its house in order, posting first-half sales growth of 12.3 per cent.

Homestyle did not disclose like-for like sales for the 24 weeks to October 16 because significant space reallocation has taken place across the business.

Under the leadership of chairman David Brock, both the management team and balance sheet has been restructured. At today's AGM, Brock said the retailer was now 'properly focused to carry out its commercial strategy'.

The retailer put Bensons Beds up for sale in August and expects to earn up to£140 million from any deal.
