The homeware specialist has made a “significant investment” in expanding its infrastructure and product range

The home and furniture retailer enjoyed record-breaking growth in 2024, completing more than 950,000 orders and posting a sales increase of 52% year on year.

The brand specialises in “affordable luxury” home decor, a sector that has performed strongly amid low consumer confidence which typically impacts ‘big-ticket’ home improvement purchases.

Dusk chief executive Chris Read said: “Our customers are the heart of Dusk, and their continued support has been instrumental in shaping our success. As we grow, we’re investing back into the areas that matter most: speed, service, and selection. This past year has been a defining one for the business, and we’re excited to be building an even stronger, more responsive Dusk for the future.”

“As with any period of rapid growth, we’ve faced challenges – particularly during complex system upgrades that temporarily affected dispatch times. We recognise the impact this had and have taken clear steps to strengthen our systems, our team, and our promise to continue enhancing the customer journey at every touchpoint.”

In the wake of its success, the retailer has invested in a third warehouse, its second new facility to open within the last two years, and has made a “significant investment” in expanding its infrastructure and its product range.

Dusk also said it had invested heavily in its digital and operational foundations, including a £1.5m tech upgrade to enhance automation and inventory management in a bid to elevate the “end-to-end customer journey – from browsing to delivery.”

Dusk head of brand Sian Guest said: “Our growth is powered by connection – connecting with customers through immersive brand experiences, digital storytelling, and standout marketing campaigns. We’re not just selling homeware; we’re delivering inspiration at every touchpoint and turning everyday spaces into something extraordinary.”
