THG Ingenuity and THG Beauty Media have partnered with a firm on a new retail media network, Retail Week can reveal.

THG Ingenuity has partnered with unified retail media platform Zitcha for the launch of its retail media network, while THG Beauty Media is set to be the first adopter of the technology.

For THG Beauty Media, the collaboration means beauty brands can connect with over ten million customers to drive targeted access to a wide audience.

It is building on its retail offering to evolve its technology, data, insight and workflow capabilities and the new strategy provides brands with a range of digital onsite and offsite solutions.

Experiential and influencer marketing opportunities can also be accessed, as Zitcha says it is “underpinned by deep customer insights that enable precise targeting.”

The partnership with Zitcha allows THG Ingenuity and THG Beauty Media to bring an elevated customer experience to brands while aiming to improve response times, simplify media bookings and create more effective collaboration.

Zitcha’s platform is made to support a more “effective and seamless retail media solution”, with an easy-to-use user interface.

THG Beauty chief commercial officer Tom Mills-Webb said: “We’re incredibly proud of our retail media offering as we move to the next stage of its evolution with THG Ingenuity and Zitcha.

“Over the past year, we’ve onboarded multiple partners and increased investment in our marketing services to revolutionise our proposition. We’re excited to see the evolution of THG Beauty Media over the next 12 months as we continue to grow and enhance our offering, providing better return on investment for our partners.”

Zitcha chief executive and co-founder Troy Townsend added: “This partnership is a perfect example of what retail media should look like – customer-first, tech-enabled, and results-driven. THG Ingenuity and THG Beauty are setting a new standard, and we’re proud to power that shift.”
