French cosmetics giant Sephora has launched a new loyalty programme to offer more exclusivity to customers as it “embarks on the next phase” in the UK.

The new, tiered, points-based loyalty programme aims to provide customers with unique benefits, starting from July 2.

The new MySephora loyalty scheme with a tiered gold, silver and bronze system offers points for spending as well as customer engagement, including attending in-store services and reviewing products.

UK customers shopping at Sephora can enrol themselves in the loyalty programme and redeem points for products from a curated selection of bestselling brands including Sol de Janeiro, Elemis, Fenty Beauty, Gisou and the retailer’s own Sephora Collection.

Perks also include “deluxe birthday gifts, an upgraded delivery proposition and early access to brand events and sales” along with exclusive offers.
