Glossier gets the Space NK treatment in new partnership deal

Glossier has announced the launch of its beauty products in Space NK stores in the UK and Ireland, as well as on the retailer’s website, from June 8.

The partnership significantly expands Glossier’s footprint in the UK. At present, the brand trades out of its solo UK flagship store in London, not including its retail partnership with Sephora.

Space NK stores in Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Dublin are among the cities in the partnership rollout, with special customer experiences planned.

Suze College, head of makeup at Space NK, said: “It’s fair to say the launch of Glossier has been one of the most iconic moments in beauty in the last decade; a brand that puts ‘you’ at the centre at everything they do, from its beautiful but uncomplicated designs to incredible formulas, and creating a community that you just want to be part of.

“Since Space NK and Glossier both have their communities at the heart of what they do, it’s the perfect partnership to bring Glossier’s incredible products to our customers across the UK.

“For so many customers, the launch of Glossier at Space NK will be the first time that they will have the chance to try the products in real life and our goal is to bring an exciting twist on Glossier for a unique experience in and outside our stores.”

Kyle Leahy, chief executive of Glossier, said:  “We’re thrilled to continue to scale our omnichannel strategy in the UK with the iconic British retailer, Space NK. Expanding our reach beyond London has been a key goal as we strive to meet our UK customers where they are, whether that’s online or in-store.

“With Space NK’s long history of delivering thoughtful beauty retail experiences and their strong national footprint, this partnership feels like a natural next step. We can’t wait to bring Glossier to more people and places in 2024 – and beyond.”
