Boots Opticians has opened a store in London designed for a luxury customer experience.

The store is located on Marylebone’s Wigmore Street and combines what the retailer called “cutting-edge clinical technology, specialist expertise and an elevated customer experience”.
The shop has been designed with both customers and clinicians in mind, and is a reflection on the group’s ongoing investment in innovation.
The opening follows a seven-week refurbishment for a more premium look, and showcases over 40 designer brands including Gucci and Porsche Design. Cartier and Chopard frames are exclusively available in the store.
Customers can access in-store services and go to specialist consultation areas and contact lens trial stations.
Boots Opticians director of retail, operations, property and franchise Gordon Dingwall said: “We’re incredibly excited to open Boots Opticians Wigmore Street, in one of London’s most iconic luxury retail destinations.
“Combining world-class brands and expert clinicians, the store has been thoughtfully designed using gold motifs, heritage-inspired patterns and tonal gradients from our Boots brand identity.
“Boots Opticians Wigmore Street represents a marked evolution for Boots Opticians, celebrating the store’s rich history while setting a new benchmark for premium eye care.”
