The City’s verdict as Kroger shutters Ocado fulfilment centres in the US
Is the end nigh for Ocado’s blue ribbon international agreement with Kroger? City analysts seem to think so, after Kroger announced it would be closing three of them overnight.
Kroger said this would save it over £38m in the 2025/26 financial year, although it expects to pay Ocado around £190m in compensation for the early closures.
