Tesco already sells most of anything shoppers could ever need and now it is adding flat-pack log cabins to its portfolio.
The grocer is selling a Finnlife log cabin on its Tesco Direct website for £9,999, whereby customers earn a whopping 19,998 Clubcard points.
The retailer – better known for selling groceries, clothes and electronics – is selling the 32ft cabin as part of its garden and outdoor section. The cabin has five rooms, French doors, a loft and decking area.
A Tesco spokesperson said: “Customers lifestyles mean demand for extra space at home just keeps growing. At £9,999, we don’t expect our Tesco Direct log cabin to be an impulse purchase but it is certainly less hassle and less costly than moving house or building an extension.
“With five rooms, a storage loft, a deck terrace and double glazing this is a brilliant addition to our range and could be anything from an office to a gym.”
