Tesco and Gorillas extend rapid delivery partnership to Manchester

Two Gorillas delivery riders high-fiving each other

Tesco has expanded its rapid delivery partnership with Gorillas into the north of England, fulfilling customer orders from its Stretford Extra store.

This is set to be the first regional launch of the ‘co-located partnership’ following its introduction on a trial basis from London’s Thornton Heath and Lewisham branches in October last year.

Gorillas said customers in the Manchester area would be “able to order a large range of Tesco products to their door within minutes”.

This is the second Gorillas location to launch in Manchester, complementing an existing warehouse delivering to the Piccadilly and New Islington area.
