Retailers are gearing up for the launch of a new teen pop magazine with promotions and point of sale marketing.

Retailers including Tesco, Asda, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and WHSmith are running promotions for the launch of Egmont Publishing Group’s We Love Pop magazine.

WHSmith staff will be wearing promotional t-shirts while Tesco will be offering £1 off with the next purchase of the magazine.

We Love Pop is aimed at teen girls, with a core audience of 13-15 year olds.

It hits the newsstands on July 20, with a cover price of £1. It will also launch online.
