Supermarket Morrisons has rolled out Amazon self-service return kiosks in 350 stores across the country.

Further rollouts are planned for the coming months, with the in-store service aimed at offering customers a convenient way to return Amazon parcels.

Shoppers can start the return through Amazon’s app and follow instructions to scan the QR code at the kiosk before dropping off the parcel.

Kiosks are located next to Amazon lockers or customer service desks at the stores.

The new service is the latest in a series of in-store initiatives at Morrisons, including photo printing, key cutting by Timpson and parcel collections.

The nationwide rollout of Amazon kiosks is set to be completed in early 2026.

Morrisons head of services John Parry said: “With parcel deliveries now a part of everyday life for most people in the UK, the introduction of Amazon return kiosks in our stores makes it simple for customers to return parcels during their weekly shop, making it easier than ever before.

“This convenient new service adds to our existing range of in-store offerings to help our customers and give them more reasons to shop at Morrisons.”
