Majestic Wine has launched a rapid delivery partnership with Just Eat

Orders will be fulfilled from 177 Majestic locations across the UK before Christmas.

The partnership launched today from 43 stores, including 16 shops across London, two in Edinburgh, and branches in Sheffield, Derby, Abingdon and High Wycombe.

This is part of the retailer’s move to “build on the online growth it has experienced since the Covid-19 pandemic, and meet growing demand among its customer base for local delivery solutions.”

Majestic’s ecommerce sales accounted for more than 20% of retail revenues in 2023/24, driven in part by the growing popularity of its Shop Local proposition.

Majestic commercial general manager Maria Lopez said: “Our mission at Majestic is to help people discover and buy wines, beers, and spirits they will love, and this exciting new partnership with Just Eat will allow us to serve even more customers, whenever they need us, through the rapidly growing on-demand channel.
