Each of the Dunnes concessions features over 200 Iceland products

The retailer is set to open four new concessions before the end of the year, with the first having opened in Ennis on October 30. Iceland opened further concessions in Charlestown, Clondalkin and Marshes.

The new openings bring the total number of Iceland concessions in the country to eight.

Each of the Dunnes concessions features over 200 Iceland products, including own-brand ranges, as well as a variety of branded products by Slimming World, Harry Ramsden’s, TGI Friday’s and Myprotein.

Iceland also currently supplies frozen products to more than 70 Dunnes Stores across Ireland.

Its first four concessions opened in Dublin’s The Square Tallaght and Point Village stores, as well as in Limerick and Terryland.

Iceland Foods international and partnerships director Justin Addison said: “We’re excited to announce that we’re doubling the number of concessions in Ireland by bolstering our partnership with Dunnes. Through opening another four, we’re making Iceland products more accessible for Irish customers so they can enjoy our incredible deals across everyday essentials and exclusive brands.

“Our partnership with Dunnes is vital to expanding Iceland’s presence beyond UK borders. With both retailers sharing similar values and goals, we’re committed to growing this partnership well into the future.”
