Conviviality has enlisted former Premier Foods finance chief Mark Moran to replace Andrew Humphreys as chief financial officer.
Humphreys will step down from the Wine Rack and Bargain Booze-owner at the end of this month after a three-year tenure.
Moran, who joins the Conviviality board on October 30, is said to have over 20 years’ experience at chief financial officer level across a number of businesses, including environmental technology firm Porvair and Priory Healthcare Group.
Conviviality chief executive Diana Hunter said: “We are hugely grateful for Andrew’s contribution to Conviviality, having played a key role in the company’s significant growth, including his pivotal roles in the Matthew Clark and Bibendum PLB acquisitions.”
The drinks specialist added that Moran brings with him “a proven track record of financial stewardship” and has been involved with many acquisitions, disposals and business restructurings.
