The special offer will give customers the chance to buy two pairs of men's easy-fit jeans for£5, making them the lowest priced jeans in Britain.
The offer will run from 12.01am tomorrow until midnight on Monday at all George departments across the UK.
George managing director Angela Spindler said: 'The bank holiday offer just goes to show that we put our money where our mouth is at George to bring customers Britain's lowest-priced denims.'
Last year, Asda was criticised in a report by anti-poverty group War on Want over working conditions of factory workers in Bangladesh. However, the retailer said you can pick up the jeans with a clear conscience, because its recently formed sourcing team ensured all George jeans were 'ethically sourced'.
Asda said: 'The factory meets and exceeds both Asda's and the Ethical Trading Initiative's code of conduct.'
