Fashion legend George Davies has secured a raft of shopping centre deals for his new venture Give.

Its first store will be at Bluewater, where Give has taken 2,300 sq ft on the Lower Guildhall. The store, adjacent to Gant, Karen Millen and Ted Baker, is due to open on October 1.

CB Richard Ellis advised Give. DTZ advised Bluewater.

Deals have also been signed at Liverpool One, where Give has taken a 2,500 sq ft store on the upper level of South John Street, and Meadowhall, where it has taken 2,300 sq ft on the upper level.

As well as standalone stores, Give is also to open as a concession in independent department stores.
