Waterstones owner shows interest in takeover of The Very Group
Waterstones owner Elliott Advisors is reportedly among several parties eyeing up a potential takeover of The Very Group.
Last month, it was reported that Chinese giant JD.com, which owns Joybuy, was also showing interest in acquiring Very. The retailer is said to be valued at about £2bn.
