Greetings card retailer Clinton Cards has aired its first TV ad in seven years, to promote the launch of its exclusive interactive cards.
The two-week campaign, which will feature the 30-seond ad across a mix of TV stations, portrays the excitement of someone receiving Clinton’s new interactive greeting card, the Celebrity Fastcard.
It allows customers to pick from a range of video greetings cards from celebrities to send to a loved one electronically via mobile or email. More than 230 celebrity greetings from David Hasselhoff, The Saturdays, Alesha Dixon and Jay Sean are available.
Clintons marketing director Tim Fairs believes the TV ad “gives the brand a competitive advantage and takes Clintons one step further in its bid to modernise its offering”.
