Retailer takes units in two stores
Video and games retailer Game is to partner with Selfridges, opening two outlets in the department store within the next two weeks, in time for the PlayStation 3 launch.

Game has taken an 800 sq ft (75 sq m) unit in Selfridges at the Bullring, Birmingham, and another in the Trafford Centre, Manchester, to complement their existing stores within both centres.

Game operations director Robert Quinn said: 'Our customers expect to see our stores in more locations - and locations that are convenient for them. Customers tell us that it's important for them to be able to shop in places that are quick to get to. This is all part of our strategy to take the games to customers.

'Game is all about providing our customers with what they want, and we think that Selfridges is the ideal venue to deliver this.'

Game has 800 stores in the UK, Eire, Europe and Australia.
