Fremlin Walk 63 per cent pre-let

Centros Miller has signed up six new tenants, taking a total of 2,380 sq m, for its£100 million Fremlin Walk shopping centre development at Maidstone.

Top Shop, Early Learning Centre, Ciro Citterio, USC, KJC Mobile Phones and Thomas Cook are the latest signings, joining a tenant line-up that includes Next, H&M, Etam, JD Sports, JJB Sports and HMV, as well as a 9,300 sq m House of Fraser department store anchor. Rents of about£150 Zone A have been achieved.

The latest deals mean 63 per cent of the 32,500 sq m centre has been pre-let more than two years ahead of opening in March 2005.

A further 7 per cent is in solicitors' hands. The joint letting agents are Churston Heard and Leslie Furness.
