London department store gets 7,000 sq ft concession
Bookseller Foyles has today opened its first concession in stylish London department store Selfridges.

The debut of the 7,000 sq ft (650 sq m) Foyles at Selfridges store will be followed on November 1 by another in the Manchester branch of Selfridges, which will be 900 sq ft (85 sq m).

Foyles has traded from Charing Cross Road in London since 1906 and has only recently begun to expand, opening concessions at Hampton Court Palace and the Royal Festival Hall.

Foyles chairman Christopher Foyle said: 'This marks another important step forward for Foyles. Selfridges and Foyles share a rich heritage. We look forward to developing this partnership and looking at new ways of doing things.'
