Halladale has sold its remaining interest in the Woodley shopping centre in Reading for £11.2 million.

Last year it raised £8.1 million from the sale of the Waitrose and New Look units to a private investor.

It has now sold 116/128 Crockhamwell Road to an institutional investor for £3.4 million - reflecting an initial yield of 5.63 per cent - and 81/107 Crockhamwell Road to Schroders ERPUT for £7.8 million, reflecting an initial yield of 6.41 per cent.
